Vacuum Tank Truck (Suction truck). Custom-built in Germany

Specially designed vacuum tank truck, mounted on Mercedes-Benz Actros 3341 (6x6) off-road truck chassis, for use in the oil field in the African dessert. The capacity of the vacuum tank body is 20.000 ltr. The vacuum tank is constructed with high-grade steel plates S235JRG2, thickness 4-5 mm. A spray bar is mounted on the rear of the truck.

Off-road truck chassis 6x6 , Mercedes-Benz with 41 to. GVW (Axles: 9,0 - 16,0 – 16,0 tons.)

Air cooled vacuum pump with capacity of 732 m³ per hour.
 
Safety system: Air chamber to prevent over suction at the top of container. Safety chamber with ball-valve to protect the vacuum pump. Suction filter in front of vacuum pump etc. Please check Specs.
Min. 62 cm ground clearance for working on oilfields in dessert areas.
 
Additional hydraulic oil coolers for extreme hot climate. This solution is custom-made, the hydraulic pump can be also driven with V-belts.
Hose-carrier with hoses: Two open hose carrier boxes, one on each side of the tank. Two rubber suction and pressure hoses NW 100, with Perrot 4" ball coupling, length approx. 4,00 m

Daily job in the oilfield in the African dessert. The truck is equipped with 14.00 R 20 off-road tires mounted on Trilex Rims.
 
Two pneumatic slide valves for suction and discharge. Container discharge by free outflow or with high pressure, made by the vacuum pump.
One 4 inch DN100 valve for suction which is mounted to approx. 75% inside tank height, leading downwards
with 4" Perrot coupling and blind cap and one 4 inch DN100 for pressure and the lowest part of the rear dish-end with 4 inch Perrot coupling and blind cap.
 
The vacuum tank trucks are on the way to the German sea port.
Hydraulic operated rear opening made of 6mm dished plate and fitted with acid resistant sealing gasket. Manual operated tightening bolts to secure the rear opening absolutely tight and pressure/vacuum proofed.
 
Two reinforced 16 to. heavy duty axles with 18 to. steel springs.
14.00R20 tires with off-road profile, mounted on tapered rims as well as on TRILEX rims (on request).
 
Your special requirements can be realized as the heavy duty trucks are custom-built from the ground up.
Steel protection around the back light, hot-dip fire galvanized.
 
Lockable tool box mounted on the rear end of the truck The bottom of the tool box is protected with a steel plate.
All steel parts of the body and the sub-frame of the vacuum tank body are hot-dip galvanized.
 
The operation panel is located at the rear right side of the truck chassis and made of water splash-proof panel and consists of all dispositions to operate the vacuum tank system.
The complete control panel at the rear and of the truck is mounted in a lockable stainless steel box and additional protected against mud and stones with fire galvanized steel plates. In the red / black box (right) is the fire-extinguisher well protected.
 
The second fuel tank of 400 ltr. volume was installed on customers request to increase the range of the truck.

Options: Working lights and rotating beacons mounted on top of the vacuum tank body and truck cabin.

The special Low-Torsion body mounting system for tank bodies is recommendable due to their strongness, torsion-resistant design, in particular for “Off-Road” operation under rough cross-country conditions.

The elastic connection between the truck chassis and the sub-frame provides a torsion-absorbing function. This arrangement absorbs any stresses passing from chassis to tank.

The body shell work is done. Inspection before finishing, painting and fire galvanizing.

Vacuum–Jetting-Flushing combination trucks for road sewer flushing and cleaning. General high-pressure cleaning operation and safe transport of mud and sewage water. Made in Germany, Europe.
The RAC-Germany® Vac trucks are also available as Vacuum–Jetting-Flushing combination trucks for road sewer pipe flushing and cleaning tasks as well as for general high-pressure cleaning operation and safe transport of mud (oil mud etc.) and sewage water. The tank capacity range is 4 000 ltr. to 30 000 ltr. vacuum debris tank and 1 000 ltr. to 8 000 ltr. integrated fresh water tank. The complete unit can be mounted on heavy duty truck and semi-trailer chassis. The RAC-Germany® vacuum and high pressure combination machines may be used for many different cleaning jobs, street flushing etc.
 
High-pressure flushing hose DN25 on hydraulically driven hose reel. Hose length 100 m. Operation pressure 130 - 270 bar. Water capacity approx. 250 ltr./minute.
100 m long high-pressure flushing hose DN25 on hydraulically driven hose reel. That special hose with changeable nozzles is pushed into the dirty pipeline and all the debris such as stones, bottles, grease, sludge, grime etc. (lodged in the pipe) will be flushed out. The operation pressure is 130 bar to 180 bar water pressure and 250 ltr. water capacity per minute.
 
Mounted on Vacuum-Jetting-Flushing combination trucks: Manually operated hose reel for high pressure cleaning. RAC-Germany® your reliable manufacturer for custom-made trucks and trailers in Germany, Europe.
The special custom-built combination trucks for road sewer flushing and cleaning is equipped additionally with a 40 meter long high pressure hose DN13 (1/2 inch) on a manually operated hose reel for general high pressure cleaning jobs. The operating pressure is 150 bar. The high pressure cleaning unit will be supplied with a high pressure water gun and standard ½ inch cleaning nozzle.
 
Vacuum Tank Truck units and Vacuum–Jetting-Flushing Combination Trucks can be executed with a manhole (D=600 mm) or with full rear opening, hinged at the top of tank body. Hydraulically operated. Made in Germany, Europe.
RAC-Germany® Vac tucks and Vacuum–Jetting-Flushing Combination Trucks can be supplied just with manhole or with full rear door opening, hydraulically operated and hinged at the top of the vacuum tank body. The debris tank door is securely fastened by hydraulic door locks or manually operated with tightening bolts. Upon customers request we manufacturer the debris tank hot-dip galvanized (in and out-side) or inside just painted with bitumen paint.
